Number Plate Plinth

[V8 Animal]

I want to remove my front plinth what sixe plate should i get made up?
I think the std size plate would look wrong.

We need to post a picture of ours. The standard plate looks just fine plus it is legal! I could not summon the courage to do the job so took the car to my local guy.

Ive had a 3/4 size one on my Vantage for 5 years ...dunno the measurements, just ordered "3/4 size" from fancyplates or GTgrafix online (cant remember which)

The actual dimensions are 406x114mm (16x4.5in) but the lettering and spacing remain as per a "full size".

My actual character spacing, however, is on the wrong side of the law I believe.

My defence is that V8 'VAJ' would have been way more offensive

I removed the plinth and fitted my old plate back on for now untill small one arrives.

Gave it a quick polish too

Looks better already V8 Animal !!

On a DB9, no further action would be necessary as the metallic piece between the 2 front grilles is a lot bigger
