Hi there,
Looking for some advice. Does anyone suffer from OCD? at which point did you realise you need to do something about it? I've recently started dating and she's generally worried about my habits. I've always been an organised clean person but have to admit lately I've started to wonder if my habits have become a necessity.
Many thanks

tMine has eased considerably since my wonderful and utterly perfect Dad died. He was immaculate in every way. He spent a good deal of his life ensuring tidiness and order. Ensuring things were "just so".
You know how much it meant in the end? Not a f
king thing. So, chum, look at it like this. "Will it matter in ten years"? No? f
k it.I hope this helps you. It's changed my life.
