My headlight bulbs...........PLEASE HELP

Sorry For the boring thread guys. I just wondered if anyone knows whether i can just change my standard bulbs for brighter ones, or whether i have to change the wiring etc? I have a 10 plate vauxhall astra 1.6 sxi. Thanks

Provided you stick to 55w bulbs, no problem.

Osram Silverstars, Philips Extreme Vision or Osram Nightbreakers seem to win all the tests.

Just a straight swap. As above, no 100w bulbs though! I've got NightBreakers (Ebay) and they've made a noticeable difference.

I would suggest that he hasn't, otherwise he wouldn't be asking about brighter bulbs.

Aldi.... yes Aldi had some Trifa Xenon Prime in H4 & H7... Autobild rate them better than Nightbreakers and Phillips.....I can vouch for that too....at £3.99 a PAIR....sorted...just keep looking at the Aldi offers...
