Is that not deliberate to avoid being nicked? - or even needing road tax (as it's clearly a static object and not a vehicle??)

The local scrappy leaves dead cars around painted as adverts and removes the back wheels - I'm assuming this is similar - or...???

Alternatively, you could go on a rampage - end up dead and leave your truck in a pub carpark to be dismantled over time...
