Family Guy - which episode?

Trying to find a clip from family guy, or at least the episode, thats been bugging me for ages.

Peter asks someone how a family member is, the person replies that he's dead, peter lets out a quick loud laugh.

Anybody know it?

How about thinking of the episode where Quagmire's Dad gets a sex change. That one was always good for a laugh and I wouldn't mind watching it tonight.
