Green cerbera p559plm

Hi I am new to the forum and am looking at a TVR cerbera within the next few days, the reg is p559plm does anybody know anything about the car? I have seen a previous thread on here saying that it was sold at BCA auctions in early 2010 without any history. The seller seems genuine but alarmingly has had it for sale since summer this year which makes me think there may be a good reason why it ain't sold! Viewing it is a 400 mile round trip for me...Any advice would be appreciated
