Will these stainless wheel nuts work?

Very nice looking stainless wheel nuts, they are listed as (wheel nut - Spit IV/1500 GT6 MKIII ) anyone know if they will fit our Vixens? they are very nice looking

Vixens use TR6 nuts, which I'm pretty sure are bigger than Spit/GT6 ones ....so I don't think they will fit.

Seems strange to me that they are listed for only the later cars when Rimmer list only one wheel stud for all Spitfires and GT6's, 3/8"unf

Or did later cars go to 7/16" or metric?

Threads are exactly the same.

The later nuts have a groove to take a plastic collar which holds the hub capa on.

if that is the case will these work? If the only difference is the groove it should be fine? no?

Without speaking to Dave direct...these are 3/8 UNF nuts and not the correct taper.
