Worth checking out the Oxygen stereo.

http://www.oxygenaudio.com/lang-en/231-o-line

I fitted one to the Typhon as it does away with facias to be removed, don't have to worry about wires to charge your iphone or to charge it, no need for sat nav or bluetooth gadgets. It uses your iphone as the control panel and facia. It makes life so much easier it's not true.

Yes... Pioneer DEH-P85BT is what I've got.. you can Bluetooth to it from your Ipod... or you can use the Ipod lead... or the 3.5mm jack input...
I've just fitted a Genesis Profile 4 Amp also.... 6.5" in doors and rear (Orion Cobalt)... and it sounds fantastic!.....
.
One thing I have found, is that songs downloaded from I tunes are very poor quality... no hi end or low end.... just thought I'd share that smile

Alpine something-305 which is an FM/LW radio and iPod / iPhone compatible controller too ...

... I just leave a 160Gb iPod Classic permanently tucked into the dash and that does me fine.

(Can't hear it over the exhaust now of course... wink )

I'm thinking of adding one of the "Naim for Bentley" power amps - 11 (yes, eleven!) channels at 100w RMS per channel - to mine. wink

Utter redundancy.
All of it.
You have stereo; from two stainless pipes at the rear of the car.
Enjoy!

Priceless ... mainly because they're not available to buy and even if you could they're completely tied into the CANBUS system that's built into the Bentley.

But when you work with the guys who designed it, have a development one sat under your desk and are just waiting for the configuration software that not only allows you to turn off the CANBUS control but enables access to all the analogue DSP and filtering then it's one of those "just has to be done" projects. wink

Not that big - I'd guess a bit longer but a bit narrower than your Genesis but I could measure it when I get back to the office. I have no CD changer so for me that entire back panel is available. biggrin

After the Orion 2100HCCA / 4150XTR / 475XTR that I used to have in my old 200SX then *ANYTHING* seems small by comparison...

You! Of all people!
If, when finally delivered, you can even think of wanting to listen to another source of 'music' in the next year; you have made the wrong choices all together! nono

Think; new cylinder heads / new stereo? new cylinder heads / new stereo?
Bah! Easy! biggrin

Oh that was long before the Orion kit - if I remember correctly the flourinert "tank" was (initially) a Rockford 4600x (and later on a Pheonix Gold M25 that never really fitted very well) - I didn't have enough Flourinert for anything "bigger"... hehe
