I know it may seem a little way away, but this is my tip for the 2012 summer tune. Whilst I realise that it originally came out in 2011, this is going to just grow, I can feel it.

Annoyingly catchy, joyful and just fluff that caused the dancefloor on NYE to smile and sing.

I can see that getting annoying, but like you said - very catchy. I've got to admit though, I dont want you to be right

Just listened to 'Hardcheese 3' by the way and it's introduced me to four new tracks I like..
