First run of 2012

Perfect sunny day here so thought I would show the beast 2012.

Brilliant drive out to burnham roof off gloves on and the first time with pretty much no traffic. Had the missus in tow in her Clio with the little un so we could go to the park ( I told her I knew a good one with a river close by) and to give her credit she wasn't as far behind as I thought she would be, although that may be down to the fact that it's Bloomin slippery out there!

Take care all and enjoy another year in your tivs. They are without a doubt a fantastic breed. I can still smell the glue and leather on my clothes and even that is making me smile.

This year I shall mostly be wanting to rebuild my head and to savour many more days like today. Happy new year all.

Went out on Saturday roof off cold slippery roads , found a new bit of road that crossed an old airfield
For some reason the car seemed to be popping and burbling more than normal in the cold air once i had got it warm . Fantastic TVR fix , i felt sorry for all those who put their cars away for the winter

Yeah I guess I was popping a bit more too. Maybe not more but definitely louder. Perhaps that was due to less people in front of me though?

Took mine out Christmas morning. Great run up the A6 to Market Harborough then to Great Glen. No traffic on the roads. Best present I've ever bought myself :0)

Sunny for the first time in weeks in my part of the world, so it seemed a great opportunity to give the Sag its first blast of the year.

Always makes me smile and most others on the road too judging from the reactions - need something to make you smile ATM!
