I've been browsing these forums for over a year and i've just signed up to say a big thank you for your indirect advice and influence.

For the last year or so i owned a Leon FR TDI which cost me a lot of money to buy and service. I cover approximately 12000 miles a year both town and motorway driving so when i bought it i convinced myself it made sense. In November the Leon needed a major service and 4 tyres so i decided to take the PH plunge and get rid of the diesel and buy a petrol.

Anyways, I traded the FR in, got a mint Clio 182 and a wedge of cash my way.

I've actually fell in love with driving again and don't think i'll revert back to a diesel unless my circumstances change dramatically.

Once again, I can't thank you all enough.

Special K
