wiper rack tube

The wiper rack tube on my Vixen is knacked.I understand these were bespoke TVR parts? Are these still available or is it possible to buy the tube, cut to length and flare the ends yourself? If so any suggestions as to a possible supplier - Adrian?

You might not know that I build wiper motors and supply wiper parts for later TVR cars from 81-2001 for most of the traders/dealers, so, as simple as a measurement and if it needs the ferrule nut include in that tube, contact me direct.

Just as a backup......

If you're really stuck, you can use a length of 10mm microbore copper pipe, and spread the ends to a cone shape over a bolt. Lots of grease of course.
I did that as a temp fix in a Triumph 2000 saloon, and it was still working fine 2 years later.....
