Gran Turismo 5 Save File?

Is it possible to get someone elses save file for Gran Turismo 5, load it onto my PS3 and play with the money, cars etc they have? I think I did this with the Prologue but never tried with GT5.

I don't really play GT5 anymore but I'd like to have it installed just so I could throw it on and mess around for a bit. Unfortunately unlike Forza, you can't drive all the cars in the game unless you have them..
