i really hope karma really works, got back to my car today, to find sum t#~#t had hit my car, nice great big scrape all the down drivers side, not just a little scrae either, both doors, rear arch, front wing, door mirror, all knackered, i couldnt believe it, not a happy bunny i can tell you

You'll probably now end up with a fight with your insurance company whose assessor won't know anything about Jags if my experience is anything to go by. The bloke I ended up dealing with tried to use adverts for XJ40s to justify a ridiculously low valuation, then when I pointed out the difference he found an ad for a manual with way higher mileage.
I'd start collecting ads for cars like your soon if I were you so your in as good a position to argue your case as possible.
