not everyone has your skills to fit the chargecooler... its not sold as a kit and needs careful planning.Or u pay more for the pro alloy intercooler, and get less.
My intercooler is a good step on again from the pro alloy IMO and half the money... but its even more work to fit than the charge cooler so not an option to most.
Of cause if someone was to put together a kit with instructions.....
the pro alloy is a good upgrade on std and simple to fit... also less to go wrong & looks good!

You could just replace the intercooler with a charge cooler barrel,I thought of that option,but is pointless as it allows you to have the choice of not running the charge cooler whilst driving around town or at low speeds.
Just to point out,the barrel as self sufficient and does not share water with any part of the cars fluids,the barrel has it's own water jacket running throughout it.
As posted in previous threads about this topic,when we did back to back tests,we gained over 14 hp and 18 ft torque with no other alterations to flueling or mapping.the significant thing was the inlet temps were low,which gives scope to increase boost without worry of detonation.
See why noble motorsport use a charge cooler system when they dyno their cars,and achieve high hp figure.the problem is they plumb into mains water,so the figures are not true to road conditions,whereas our figures are duplicated on the dyno and the road, and not smudging the figures!!!!!!!!!!!!
