RR P38 4.6 Exhaust Manifolds recommendations?

Have just been told I need a new Exhaust Manifold (drivers side) - car making an usual sqeaking sound when I accelerate. I was hoping it was a loose belt, then I was hoping it was just a gasket, but no. I now need a Manifold.
The car is already running a Rimmer Bros Sports Stainless system (inc Sports cats) and I was after some advice on replacement Manifolds.
I'm waiting to hear back from Rimmer Bros, but in the meantime does anone have any other makes they can recommend?
