All these lego threads have awakened in me my lego yearning and I've been hunting for sets - I bought a 5kg box which proved pretty unpopular as we were just about to move:

I've since bought a few more sets, mini figures (which are surprisingly expensive individually) and, rather dissapointingly, this which I'll probably put back on ebay as it's not real lego even though it is lego

I've also stumbled on a source local to me that's offloading several sets who I'm trying to get ahold of the Lego City stuff they have (I'm not after the gimmicky Harry Potter stuff and don't have room for the train set).

However, some hunting has thrown up all sorts of outrageous pricing which this seems the biggest pisstake. Funny thing is that it's here for a lot less - I ought to buy it at a tenner and stick it on for £100 to undercut him...

My excuse for all this collecting is that I have a son now. Admittedly, he's only 10 weeks old, but I am collecting for him. Honest. My 3 year old daughter likes it too, but she just builds things wrong dammit!

Those 2 Boba Fetts are different though.
I have another one which came with my Slave1.

The Star Destroyer and some of the large Millenium Falcons go for crazy money.

Are they, they look the same - Still silly money for a mini figure. The Star Destroyer is massive which makes sense for the money.

Me, I prefer lego city - When I clear the garage in the next few weeks, I think I'll look at a lego train set....

They are different, the lego cloud city one has armour markings on his trousers - only ever came in one set and is one of the rarest minifigs. Anyone who was prepared to pay the £220 would know the difference, so there is a flaw in your plan.......

Anyway, if you are looking for a train set, I've always thought this one was pretty good:

(although it doesn't come with any track......)

Where's the fun in only buying stuff you need? Although I am similarly trying to convince myself that I don't need any more Lego as I am about to move house.....

If I am considering tracking the ex down to see if her kids have finished with the massive box of Lego of mine I left with her kids when we split (I know that they are over 18 now so not quite stealing candy from babes) then you can buy a few small bricks...

There are 4 listings on ebay for Obi-Wan-s-Jedi-Starfighter-10215 between £100 and £140 + del.

Back in stock early on the LEGO website for £57 instead of £96?

The £140 one has 4 declined offers yikes, When you include delivery, the ebay one is almost 3 times the price.
