Have 2 properties but unfortunately one property has

(1) and outstanding claim for roof leak (£2600)
(2) DSS tenant - single mother and 1 child

Any recommendations gladly received

I own a property/commercial insurance brokers, can't see any issues with getting a cheap deal for a PHer as long as the tenancy agreement (not the payments) is between the landlord and the tennants on the dss one.
