The thing with KO is that he doesn't do humour very well, so sometimes comes across wrong. But he is also straight to the point and sometimes you think he's joking and he's not!

He doesn't need to do anything to stir this game up. There are plenty of connections between Fleetwood and Blackpool. The Fleetwood Chairman was a Blackpool season ticket holder till he got involved in Fleetwood. Their manager, Micky Mellon is an ex-Blackpool captain and big mate of Holloways and several players have been at Blackpool.

First time we've played them in a competitive game since round 1 of the 1980 FA Cup where we one 0-4, although the game was switched to Bloomfield Road.

Wish I had a ticket to the game. Only officially 800 Blackpool fans in the away end, but there will be plenty in the home end. Plenty of Blackpool fans (me included) have been going to watch the Cods over the last couple of years so will have been members so would have been able to get tickets to the home ends. It's being shown live in a couple of foreign countries so there will hopefully be some internet feeds to watch.

Seems a bit small time of KO to not at least speak well of Fleetwood there.

To be fair most of what he said is true, but that does seem a bit harsh of him. It wouldn't have been difficult to tow the line and trot out the usual magic of the cup stuff/ anything can happen etc.

It's not too long ago that Blackpool were in the lower leagues themselves. If my chairman come out with that I wouldn't be that impressed with it.

Looking forward to a great game, yes i got a ticket as am member of Fleetwood town, have got one of the commemorative twin colour scarves as i was born in Blackpool but now live in Fleetwood so will be enjoying the game whatever happens

Just hope young Brodie behaves himself (even though he wont be playing)and watch for Vardy as he is on fire at the moment.

Just off for pre match pint at the Highbury, and looking forward to a great match.

Karl Oyston as has been previously mentioned has not got the best sense of humour but i do no think the comments should be taken too seriously.........Enjoy beer

Found a stream to watch it on-line.

A good performance from Blackpool and 5-1 flattered us. Think if Fleetwood had got a goal when they had the better of the game after we took the lead it could have been different.

Vardy (and his team mates) did him self the world of good showing that he can play against much better opposition.
