Mk II Capri - free to a good home
Discussion
Well maybe.
Mate's had one in his garage untouched for the last 25 years. It's a 73 and was originally metallic light blue though he says most of the paint has just disappeared. I think it's done c60K miles.
He bought a new Granada and couldn't get what he thought was a fair trade in price for the Capri, so just parked it up in his garage. For the last fifteen years he's always been "going to restore it" but has now conceded he'll never get round to it. So following a few drinks on New Years Eve he agreed that he'd give it away IF whoever took it agreed to restore it and not break it.
It's in Nottingham and he'd want to have a drive in it when it's back on the road.
Any takers?
