Large Garage / Lockup / Barn!? Wanted in Hertfordshire area.

Hello I am looking for a garage of sorts with lighting and power (water also preferred) to work on and carry out personal classic car restoration (mostly mk2 golfs).
Needs to be as local as possible to Broxbourne in hertfordshire, would consider shares and would only be using it approx 3 ish days a week as I work shifts.

Been lots of threads like this recently.

I've been looking for something affordable within 10 miles or so of St Albans for a long time now, so far not managed to get it together.

Keep me in mind if you do find something, and I'll do the same!

This has given me a bit of a kick up the backside as I've been pondering about it for too long. I have a contact in Welwyn where there might be a converted barn available, and another by Brocket Hall.

I'll update next week as soon as I've spoken to them.

I have talked to a few local 'holdings' management company's and there seems to be nothing about, at the moment I rent a single garage but there is only just enough room to fit my mk2 golf in let alone work on it!

With all the land and outbuildings in the area something has to be available.

I am going to put an add in the local papers as I imagine the kind of people that may have old disused outbuildings or barns probably wouldn't be surfing the web in the same places I do!
