BIG WHEELS

Do any Jago Geep owners know if you can put larger wheels on to a Geep so you can go off roading.I have raised my Jago nad fitted wider wheel arches to accomodate bigger wheels.Thanks.
P.S if any owners have bought bigger tyres for their Geep could they give me a price.

if you have a look in the yahoo jago group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jago/ at the pics section dave and jans newark o4 pix 8 9 and 10 and newark o4 pic called ians you'll see a yellow geep thats got 15 inch wheels and big tires 225's i think? definately looks better i wanted some but ian wouldnt let me steal them!!!!

Dont know about the rims but I fully recommend www.tyresdirect.co.uk for the rubber. O.K. so they`re remoulds but I`ve used Colway in the past and they are excellent on and off road.

I used to use 235/15 on my jeep and they were ok, But the spring seat on the strutt had to be moved up approx 1 inch to allow clearence on the tyre. The only reason that i changed them is so i cam put 10 inch wide tyres on the back and use a road tyre rather than my dirt tyres.
