Total ste. You shouldn't drive with dust in your car as you might sneeze too. If you're at deaths door then yes you shouldn't be in a car but in no way can they test or prove worthiness based on having snot running down your chin.

Sudafed liquid in a generous dose, robitussin blue, propylhexedrine inhalers, benylin chesty (diphenhydramine) to name but a few can all get you well bksed. Especially mixed with your one pint of lager.
