Has anyone got a buy to let mortgage recently? We are looking to add a couple of properties this year and wondered what the availability was like at the moment.

Max LTV available is 75%.

Oh and for all BTLs, your credit needs to be clean.

The Mortgage Works (TMW) have an 80% product but its not available to first time landlords. If you are one then it'll be 75% LTV.

If you are looking to buy this year, drop me an email as I have approx 6 per week to sell, all with 25% discount off today's value.

Some of the high street banks have now withdrawn from BTL altogether.

However with a good LTV and credit history you'll be able to find a reasonable one easily.

Ours was organised few years back with the Halifax at a LTV of 70%.

Good news for us is our fixed rate has just ended and we're £275 better off a month smile

For the time being, of course...
