Morning guys,
I have had my allocation confirmed by 1st Tickets to stay at the "PistonHeads/1st Tickets private campsite" but im not totally sure WHERE that camp actually is. it just says "PB"
Also, a couple of things
Crossings, we have the choice of Ferry from Dover or Eurotunnel. Which one makes more sense with route to LeMans ?
Are there any convoys being arranged from UK over there. This will also mark the first time for me driving in Europe, so would prefer it if there was a convoy group i could tag along with
Probably more questions to come but right now i cant think of any

Re crossing, as you're coming from Buckinghamshire, maybe the ferry will be better because it'll give you a break and you can have a breakfast or whatever meal time it is. Personally, it's always Eurotunnel for me!
Whatever you use, remember to get there well in time for your booking as both crossing methods will be packed, and if you miss your booking you can expect a long wait, say 3-4 hours plus. This is especially the case coming home at the Eurotunnel due to long queues at the peages on the route back, unless you get an auto transponder of course: I have one, saves me ages of time each time I go to France!
