....too right. Most of our BiB have their attentions directed to our motorways/dual carriageways, where being 10%+2 over the posted limit is clearly a really serious crime.

Thing is, if the UK did adopt the American's policy of jailing loads more people, then I can foresee Brunstrom calling for speeders to be given jail time.
