is it worth breaking

i want to sell my cerb but didint have any intrest prob as i am up in scotland. i was wondering would it be worth breaking the whole car in parts and if any of you any idea roughly what i could end up with its only a thot. i am a blaster so once down to chassis i would blast and prime it so its nice and fresh aswell.

Perhaps you priced it too high? The Cerbera is a very rare and sought after car at the right money - location isn't so much of a problem to people who are looking for the right car. There's only a few hundred of these things left now so I think you'd be crazy to break for parts. Just my twopenneth.

i had it up for 10 g but no takers its a lovely looking car.i now would accept lower but.going to advertise again end of month i think

Hold out mate, this time of year is more difficult to sell anyway. As others have said, it's not worth letting it go at silly money, I'm sure it won't be long before the right enthusiast wants it.

What about p/x it on here for a different car and then sell that? Sure there must be some one out there that would want a Cerbera in a p/x deal i did it for mine with my old chim. As said they are pretty rare and if there is nothing wrong with it would be a shame to break it.

i had it up for a month back in november time
i only put it up for sale as past my bike test and needed a cheaper hobby.
but in the last few weeks i tried to start her and fires up and runs only for a few mins then cuts out smell of overfuelling which been told could be faulty lamdas but i just dont have time to fix so this is why i thought about breaking and i am just wanting my sport bike

Love that colour, if i hadn't enjoyed the Tam so much last summer i'd be back in a Cerb this year - i'm guessing it's a 97 4.2 - £10k is ridiculously cheap, but then they all are!

Green cerbs are generally harder to shift IMHO
If its all in rude health and great history then I would say its too cheap at 10k.
If it needs work then it could be worth a couple of k under 10 (at least).

Stunning colour i want to re-spray mine green in the summer. It is the best colour after all.

Yeah, you're right with the green, but there's something about this one, it would look cack on a Tamora, but looks just right on the Cerbera, if you can be patient you'll surely sell it for £10k, if you were in Yorkshire we might be talking, good luck anyway

Totally agree with this, a new Cerb will never be made, if you break it you have just depleated the number left by one, try sticking a couple of Lamda sensors in it and get it runing, I wouldn't buy any £10K car that did not run.
