Hi all, posting this on behalf of friend who's a 350 driver (i'm a chim driver myself)

He took his 350 to XXXXXXXXXX TVR at XXXXXXXXXXXX at the beginning of May for a sevice, as at today they have still not finished the work, we've been back to them twice to collect (they had confirmed ready on telephone) only to get there and something either wasn't done at all or not done properly, only on the second occasion of them messing us about has he got a courtesy car. Should be ready this week, but they really have been a catalog of errors - eg under bonnet heat sheild had to be refixed on, got there, lifted bonnet, it fell straight off - the look of horror on the fella serving us was almost worth the trouble!

In the meantime I had a prang in my chim the week before, it's been to TVRbodyshop.com, got a whole new front end and h/l conversion and is ready this week, I had a shedload of work - he had a service and my car will be ready first - how bad is that!

Just a word of warning really cause they seem to know nothing about wedges, god knows if they are any good on the newer models, i'm not prepared to test them after this!

happy motoring

Ive had no experience of that TVR garage so i won't comment, other than say that takes the p1ss, but TVR Bodyshop kick arse. I ordered some touch up paint from them and it arrived very quickly, I even got a free pen and key ring!!! shame they are so far away from me otherwise Id use them, I think they do servicing as well.

I got recommended a garage for servicing my Griff, had a look a few times to see what they were working on. Always saw TVR in there (all different cars). They can't all be wrong using the garage and I reckon this is the best test following a recommendation.
