Door lock assembly part number.

Hi.
I've managed to get the passenger door lock out at last,even with my small hands it managed to induce copious profanities.On the threads I've looked at people have suggested its from a ford transit,but mines got a GM part number on it GM 90503781. Does anyone know of the ford transit part number coz I'm not having much luck finding one at the mo.

A quick search on Google is telling me it's a Vauxhall part.

Every site I go on is in German! Being GM I thought I'd pick one up straight away.Ah well,keep lookin.Seems I'm as bad on the net as I am basic car maintenance!

You could try ringing the Vauxhall main dealer in Trindle Road if you're in Dudley, West Midlands. Tel: [phone].

The door catch is from a Vauxhall Astra but with an extra bracket on it from tvr. I get them from my local Vauxhall dealer and un pick the bracket and transfer it over. Just give them the part number on it and they will be able to match it up for you.

Tried the main dealer & they said its off a mk3 Cavalier or Carlton & is no longer available.It looks like they've used the locks off a few cars but I just want to get the correct substitute.If I can't find one this week I'll prob just take it to TGA to sort.
