Hi all , been lurking around for the past few weeks whilst waiting to pick up my S3C , i have bought my car from PYNEY or Keith as some may know him on the forum .
Its my first TVR and as im approaching 40 thought its time to get something special for myself , i have always loved the S as to me its what british sportscars are all about , quick , fun and loud.
Amongst the mass of bills/history Keith gave to me were the Steve Heath bible and the sierra v6 haynes book so ive got plenty to read over the next few weeks.
Just had a good blast home to essex and took my eight year old daughter out in it .....she loves it .....mind you even the wife says she likes it [not too sure about the noise though] !
After reading some of the posts and FAQS on here it looks like i will have plenty of help regarding any problems when they arise .
I am looking to do a lot of work myself , i am an engineer by trade and had a few old triumphs and some capri 2.8 years back so know the engine reasonably well.
Anyway a big thanks to Keith for his lovely car and all his help , and a big hello to every one ,
Regards
Paul.

Welcome Paul

I moved to a quiet part of Surrey so now not so quiet, the exhaust note even sets of certain car alarms!!
This is a fantastic forum.

Well I'm not far fron Jctn 11 M25 so Newlands Corner and Box Hill are places to visit either in the S2 or on my bike.

I'm in Reigate too so you may see mine round the area, well, hopefully once its back on the road again!

Saw your car at the last TiTT and it looks like you should have a good one.
