Damn, I knew I'd regret being unable to go.

Anyone got it on film, could they let me have a copy for The Cerbera Register?

It was the PR 05 Photography car. we all thought it was wheel spinning in 4th but i think it was just the rubber from the 19's on the body work

It was alos the loudest car in the campsite as well, at 130.3db, ear splitting !!!

I'm guessing that was Craig's, I seem to recall him saying he was taking it up the strip at PistonFest.

Was it one of TVR Power's, with NOS? I arrived late (about 1pm - I only live around the corner, as well), so I think I must have missed it. Damn!

I think you must have been watching a diffferent race.

The one I saw absolutely caned the Cerbera, the Orange Chevy did 11s compared to the Cerbera's 14s.

I have it on video too, will post later.

It was Saturday evening, last run of the day and the two commentators were gleefully taking the piss that the PH cars were getting beaten....cue Craig beating an upturned bath with a V8 in it and pram wheels at the front. Quality.

Then VIANT beat another "gasser" this morning in his Ferrari 360. They deliberatley put Craig against one of the quicker guys today to make sure he didnt win again!

Quinton, near Mickleton. It's literally the last Cotswold village bordering Warwickshire.

Well done Craig. Burn em up. so what is the actuall time. i dont seem to know how to work it out.
i think its 60 D ÷ S = T
So
0.25=1/4mile=402meteres

60x0.25/118= 0.12711864406779661016949152542373

12.7 secs

but it isn't a constant speed, that's terminal velocity as the car is passing the end of the quarter..

You need to factor in acceleration to get an accurate time..

I'm not going to do that, so I'll let someone post his time when they either remember it or find out what it was!
