Ski Driving tour route help

Hi Guys,

The misses and I are off skiing in Austria in Feb and are now setting a route to take. I've not driven in Europe much but I know most of you guys do so I was hoping for some recommendations on roads and places to see. This is a rough idea of the route;

Driving Out
Day1
Dunkirk-Reims Circuit-Dijon

Day2
Dijon-Bern-Interlaken-St Anton

Day3
St Anton-Stobl

Week or so skiing & exploring Salzburg & surrounding areas

Driving back
Day1
Strobl-Nurburgring

Day2
Nurburgring-Dunkirk

We are also looking for hotels in Dijon and Nurburgring currently with each stays budget being circa €80 B&B.

I've been reading up on the drive alive website for the bits I need to take in the car and am sorting out ADAC breakdown cover.

So any recommendations or advise?
