Just got back from PF, many thanks for the fantastic effort Ted and everyone, had a great weekend, but just realised one thing - looked in the boot of the car - where's me chuffin' tent!!

If anyone who was there has seen or found a blue and yellow Vango tent wrapped up in a red tent bag with black handles I'd be most grateful if they could let me know 'cos I borrowed it from a mate and he'll beat me up!!

The last place I reckon it will have been will be the central area where all the cars were parked today (Sunday) and most likely got taken out when we needed a few things from the car boot.

D'oh!

If anyone can help I'd be ever-so grateful. I'd more than happily arrange for a transaction involving plenty of beer (and the cost of postage, of course) as a way of saying thankyou.

Don't.

It wasn't until we'd pulled everything out of the boot (in that desperate fashion, as you do when something you know should be there isn't) that we were finally satisfied we'd driven the 100+ miles without it. I wouldn't mind so much if it was actually my tent, but to lose something I'd borrowed from a mate, especially one who's built like a brick-outhouse. Now that's

I have it here. Was handed in this afternoon by Gemini. Drop me a line and we'll get it to you (perhaps via yourboot.co.uk )

Ted,

Apologies for the bump and for hassling you especially when I realise that all you probably want to do at the moment is recover from sorting out PF but have you had a chance to see my email?

Normally I wouldn't like to hassle you (then again I normally wouldn't like to leave the tent behind ) but I really need the it for this weekend if at all possible.

Sorry mate. I've spent all day working through my emails and haven't reached yours yet. I'll reach it before the day is out.
