Looks to me like a pair of plastic gloves and a lighter in the first pic.... and a burnt out motor in the second. Going by my fantastic powers of deduction.

Thinks you might have found the cause and result.

From the rear it looked like some kinda of Skoda.

The remains of the windows and door mirror motors were also visible

No engine? So, it's been stripped for major components? Taken there on a flat-bed and dumped/torched?
I feel for the owner.

Looks (although it's hard to tell with this stupid monitor im using) like a traverse engine layout + there's no huge transmission tunnel for a type 9 gearbox, which means FWD, which means it can't be a Sierra wink

Yup... also now thinking about it the Sierra indicators and headlamps were the same height, whereas on this there seems to be a smaller side indicator than headlamp.

The underside of the bonnet looks like a scary ghost face.

The webbing on the underside of the bonnet is wrong for a Sierra.

I assumed the show was attached to the OP, therefore in no way related to the torching of the assumed Skoda tongue out

If you look at the VIN number on the bulkhead you can clearly see it's a non-mapped 335.
