Avios confusion

I have a BA executive account and collect shell points redeemed to avios points.

I don't have a avios account.
How do I sign up online to see my totals from all my different collection methods?

I might be wrong, but when Airmiles becamse Avios they were supposed to be sending everyone new Avios membership cards/detail. I got mine a few weeks ago, maybe yours is on the way.

I thought that the airmiles for BA exec and the Airmiles from for example a shell card were pretty difficult to amalgamate. I looked into it when the announced the change and couldn't find any way to do it.

When you decided to opt for your Shell points to be swapped for Avios points (previsouly BA Miles), you'd have had to give your BA Exec account number to Shell.

You can use this account number to log in to the BA Exec website where you can view your miles. There are options if you've forgotten your pin. It may take a phone call if you've forgotten your account number though.

I've just logged into Shell to check my account, and it won't let me select Avios points without putting in my BA exec number, so I suspect you probably did at some point.
