Does anyone have a settings sheet or alike for the dash pod, with regards to the flaps for the heater for example ( what is the factory default + is the higher setting a hotter temp etc)

Do you mean the wavy type dash with white dials? As per the convertible, or the first mk2 pod version.

Can send you a copy of the operational booklet for the white dials version if needed.

Flap Zero setting is for the heater flap in the closed position IIRC 16. As you turn the heater up , then the flap opens. So I think the logic is the lower the number the harder the motor has closed the flap. However you can strain the motor if too lower a setting.
