Didn't catch your PH names but thanks for the loan of the ramps which allowed us to batter the exhaust back onto the Saab after skilfully 'removing' it with a combination of floods and fields.

Thanks Chaps.

Matt - I think you'll find that was Dangermouse and Venom, and very nice chaps they were too..... and good drinkers!

DM and Venom were absolute stars on Friday - you should have seen DM leap through the hatch into the back of his car when it suddenly pissed it down...

No problem!!

Had either of us been more with it I'm sure we'd have actually helped out too, but thanks to some top laughs the time and beer flowed far too freely the night before to allow any such activity!!

Yeah... have to say I mostly has great weekend but after the leaping into the boot of the Rex incident I'm going to have to get my needle and thread out as I tore my coat on landing...

I wouldn't say we (especially me) are talented drinkers and with the www.yourboot.co.uk * slush fund flowing down our necks, it was to stop.

I persevered on the Friday night to the extent that I couldn't move until about 3pm on Saturday.

More training needed before BTaP.

Matt: I didn't get to use the ramps in the end for anything more daring than standing the BBQ on so I'm glad someone benifitted.

V and I came over to see you on the Saturday evening like we said we would but did not spot you again.

I wish my CRX was as clean as the T16. That thing is mint!

Cheers to Ted and everyone else for making us feel so welcome and providing the beers.

Jimbro: Bad luck at Brand's, was gutted for you especially after Twin-c had to give the X-19 the kiss of life on the trailer...

...nearly everyone I know has had an unlucky car week.

*got the plug in... how many more 'til I've earned the baseball cap?

Cheers lads it was much appreciated. Glad you liked the Saab. Shame we didn't get chance to catch up again on Sunday, I'd have taken you out for a spin in it.

where's the :keeeerrrknackers!!!!: smilie?!?!

That would have been awesome.

The first time I was a passenger (in a land born craft) at 125+ was in one of those...

...oh the memories, the nostalgia of it all!

Maybe at BTaP?

Danger Girl wouldn't come to PF, but she'll kick my skinny-butt if she doesn't get to go the formal, so guess I'd better go too.

Judging by the wolf whistling thread she'll be greatly appreciated, by Plotloss at least.
