NFU Discount ?
Discussion
Anyone familiar with the above on a new D4 ?
Looking at ordering a new HSE in the next few weeks and the roomer of 5% discount on top of the dealers offer sounds very appealing !
Anyone done it, what's your experience, any special requirements needed, we do have a small holding of about 1/3 acre, enough ?
Cheers

Sorry 3 months, http://www.nfuonline.com/Membership/Farmer-and-Gro...
I use this scheme all the time. I think you have to have been a Farmer and Grower member for three months in order to get the vouchers from NFU. If you can find a really good dealer you will get a discount of about 8 per cent and then the extra 5 per cent NFU discount. You can then get a new car every six to twelve months and hardly lose a bean.
We're on the 4th one, the first wasn't too sharp, loads of software problems, the others have never had to go back for anything and the ride on the latest one is superb, getting close to Range Rover standard. The real world economy is still rubbish but can put up with this as the resale values are fantastic if you buy them at the right price.
Forgot to add that the only bad thing about the new one is the stupid poncy gear selector, they should go back to the proper gear lever, it is really annoying when you jump in the car and have to wait for the selector to rise, also, you can occasionally mis-select Park or Reverse when parking.
