Looked nasty for the Black golf (I didn't see the other one) pretty sure it was lowered/caged etc, hopefully no-one on here.

Looks like its on Porsche D90s. No doubt someone over on Eastsidevw.

Yup. It would appear it was a turbo charged VR6. Shame, I bet a fair amount of money had gone into that car.

I saw this in the paper tonight.

Interesting that it was a two car accident ... involving two VW Golfs ...

To be fair that's 75% of what's on the road, just amazed they're not both silver.

Apparently the car was stolen. A friend told me he seen two young chaps do a runner from the VR6, with the police catching one of them. I don't know how much truth there is to that story though.

That might explain why it looked like it had gone round the roundabout the wrong way!

Just been speaking to the driver of the other 'car', which was actually a VW van. Turns out the VR6 wasn't stolen but the passenger was wanted by the Rozzers, hence why he legged it. Driver stayed around as he was in no fit state to run away!
Police are charging him with Dangerous Driving, he claims the throttle was stuck! rolleyes
