Black ops ps3 problems

Good afternoon all,
I just had a few games on black ops on my ps3, was my day off and didn't have anything that needed doing!
It seems odd how the other team got a chopper gunner so quickly, yes I know about the hardline perk but this seemed to be taking the mick, Also I was playing on array, sat in a little corner, out of sight, sniper class so perks i had the perk on that means you don't get shown by spy planes and such, no claymore to give away my position, also no gun sticking out as I had my ballistic knives out, can anyone explain how I was seen? Watched the killcam showed the person of the other team just come straight around and shoot me, really weird, it happened a couple of times, is this the thing they call an aim bot?
I know this is poor as a rant but it just annoys me that if this was in fact hacking, the chopper gunner thing included, what is the point? I like to improve my skill by just using a sniper rifle, to me that is fun! Being at the top of the leader board doesn't appeal to me and it's not being killed I mind, as long as its legit!
Any thoughts?

chopper gunner quite possibly care package reward as for killing you you wernt in a place people usually hide were you ? also lag can cause this to you it seems the kill you when rounding corner but really they came round spotted you and killed you
