I can't decide which I should fit, any suggestions?

I have both of those pictured items on my car. It is a super turbo.

Supercharger. Turbos are awful. smile

But isn't that "turbocharger" an alternator and the "supercharger" a starter motor? In which case I'd say the "turbocharger" is probably more useful.

Drove the new Mini Cooper S today and I have to say it was utterly fantastic. I didn't even know it turbocharged paperbag

I think you should fit a battery charger too, just to give it that bit extra.

They are electric so are instantly better than anything else that is based on burning liquid dead tree technology. If I daisy chain like 10 together out the front of the car like a kind of automotive inverse cigar will I be able to reach 88 mph and go back to last thursday and have that nice steak again?

pic is filtered at work smile so a genuine answer

chargers are always on so response is instant, they are powered by the engine so you loose some BHP to run it, you also get worse MPG because it is always on

blowers are powered by waste gas so more efficient but can take a little time (or a long time) to hit full boost, modern twin scroll turbos are pretty bloody impressive

id go with both biggrin
