Motorsport Engineering graduate looking for work

I am due to graduate this June and am looking for work. The graduate schemes I have seen advertised don't interest me, i'd prefer something hands on. I am also a qualified mechanic with 8 years experience. I'd quite like to go in to restoration or engine building. Im not too fussed though, I just like fixing things. If anyone knows of any vacancies or has any suggestions that would be great. I am located in the North West of England.
