Will put quotes and comments up later... THAT WAS INSIDE OF A TUSCAN! Really. That chap (sorry can't remember his name) was a genius at modding things.
(Their business sold wheels (very nice ones!) and the car was him playing rather than something to sell. They also did that chimaera with the Tuscan front end.)
