As well as the previously announced James Allen at 5 Live, Ben Edwards will be lead for BBC1 with Gary Anderson Joining as Tech advisor and Jennie Gow, (Previously MotoGP), Joining Allen at Radio 5 as Pit lane reporter. Sounds good to me.

Isn't Jake saying there is one more anchor-man for him, who is ex GP driver or winner?

It's not a driver.

I think we're going to have quite a few "When I was at Jordan" stories...

I think Gary Anderson is a FAB signing. He could really be the Brains of the operation. Lets hope he comes with no strings attached..........oh,....... never mind.

Anyway it's what was needed - more techno knowledge. Edwards and Gow are neither here nor there for me.

He said he was a GP winner but not a driver. The reference was referring to Gary Anderson

Agree about GA, hopefully some fascinating technical insights, I'm a fan of Ben Edwards so happy with that, Jennie Gow was very poor when she did the Moto GP a couple of years ago, thankfully she's only on 5 live.

What's happening to Ted Kravitz. I liked him.

I'm pretty upset with the signing of James Allen as the Radio 5 commentary lead, seeing as I'm planning on going the RTL on satellite + R5L commentary next year, and I've been enjoying the absence of his fingernails-on-blackboard delivery. Ah well.

Bah. Can't blame him though, even though that means that the two best people through the ITV and BBC eras of F1 coverage are effectively vanishing.
