I have been banned from the Man Utd thread, I fully understand why, I thought it was amusing but can see how it would be classed as offensive

If i promise not to do it again can I be allowed back in? Or is there no appeals process?

Probably best to email Garlick rather than try and resolve in here.

I've looked at the reason for the ban, I think it's fair to say that there is no appeal on this one.

frown OK

I did have a previously unblemished record, I've never even been banned from the Liverpool thread which in itself is an achievement

But I respect the decision

Were both your feet off the ground? I believe this makes a difference.

Not sure this will make any difference, but for what it's worth......

I'm a card carrying manc hating LFC fan. I saw what he posted, and whilst it was deeply unfunny I can't see how anyone could get banned from the manc thread for that.

Keyzer regularly posts in the LFC thread, and whilst we disagree/bicker/abuse each other, his posts are good and well respected by fellow LFC fans.

As I said, for what it's worth. The spurs fans have taken him in, and you know what they're like. I predict a riot!

We've welcomed him with open arms, we take pity on the great unwashed.

Liverpool geezer here. To be fair on finding out about the banhammer falling I requested Keyser pm me the offending 'joke'... and whilst not majorly amusing a smirk did flicker across my lips for a moment. It read more like a Daily Mash article to me, so, fwiw, I think maybe a perma-tinning is a little harsh in this instance.

If only because the twunt will now post more in our thread! laugh

Sorry to bring this thread to a closure but a decision was made by the moderation team and that decision has been accepted by the OP.

Time to move on.
