Cerbera dipped headlights problem

Hello

I have a Cerbera 4.5 and the dipped headlights have stopped working. Side lights and full beam are fine. All rear lights are fine.

So far I have changed the 20A fuse (sorry, can't quite remember the label at the moment. Interestingly, the Cerbera handbook I just downloaded from The TVR Site has a different fuse layout than that in my actual handbook). I've also changed the bulbs and checked the connections behind the dial.

I'm not particularly good with electrics - any other suggestions of what to try?

Connections to the control box in the boot will have burnt out. Check above the fuel tank.

Thanks robsco. Now I think about it, I had a quick look at it and the connector block did look a bit manky. Is it likely to be a case of replacing the block and reconnecting the cables properly, or is it more involved than that?

I'm not sure to be honest, I just took it straight into Track V Road to have it repaired. DIY isn't my forte. Didn't cost much to fix though.

mine has the exact same problem, its in at hilton and moss where they sent the control boxes away to be fixed, should be back today.
if you look at a thread i started ( sorry havent got the link handy) you will find plenty odf suggestions of how to fix it yourself if you are good with a solder gun

all done, a week turn around
approx £100 inc vat,
2 control boxes , all new connectors and labour

i edited the cost as i forgot they spent some time sorting out the boot catch :-)

WOW Lester... Please could you supply the info required for me to get my control units repaired as mine a rubbish. I've had my cerbera for two years but have never had it legally on the road as I have procrastinated. Thanks. Steve
