I see loads of ads on autotrader that have cars at silly low prices but say not to call, instead visit fordgalaxy.carsukonweb.co.uk and then submit your email. The site changes according to the cars model.
Is this a scam to collect email addresses?

Its a scam because they don't want you to contact through the proper (semi traceable) channels.

Often have hotmail/yahoo email addresses in photos.
