I am a long term tinnitus sufferer.
Today it is really bad. It's drowning everything out. I just had to cut off a phone conversation with someone because I couldn't hear them, despite the conversation being on speakerphone at high volume.
It hasn't been this bad since I last hung pitboards over pitwalls.
Anyone else a sufferer? If so, do you get really bad days of it, then not notice it for a while? Or is it constant?

there are shed loads of different causes for tinnitus. you could try popping into a tinnitus clinic, they can offer a neuromodulation device which can help. i'm treating a patient (for another condition, not the tinnitus) who has had it and he said it's more tolerable.
not sure on the cost though.
