The side cloth part of my driver's seat is starting to wear. I'd like to have it re-covered. Is it possible to re-cover just the cloth part as the leather is fine? Can anyone recommend anywhere? (preferably north(ish))

Any decent upholsterers will be able to do this for you, but Lotus also offer the service via their factory trim shop, and any dealer should be able to make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

You may also wish to check out the recent thread on the technical forum of the Midlands Lotus Owner's Club (www.midlandslotus.co.uk), regarding retrim of the seats by Corbeau.

The seats are in much too good a condition for me to justify the expense of new ones (although those Corbeau ones look beautiful) Something to bear in mind for the future methinks!

I'll mention it to the dealer when next service due.
