land/building req

Hi does anyone know of any land or units that could be rented cheaply.
ideally upto about 100meters long but can be really narrow.
I know there are lots of farms and old buildings standing unused or with spare areas however trying to get contact info is a nightmare.
Looking for somewhere within a 10 mile radius of milton keynes.
